Terms of Use – Text Messages (SMS)

By enrolling to receive text messages (SMS) from Sonimac, you agree to these terms.

Enrollment (Opt in)

You are enrolled when you voluntarily provide your phone number in the context of a service request or a business relationship with Sonimac. By providing your number, you agree to receive text messages from Sonimac.

You may also be enrolled in a text message exchange when you initiate a conversation by SMS with Sonimac. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Sonimac may send text messages for customer service purposes, notifications, support, or informational messages, based on your consent.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our services.

Message frequency varies. Up to 2 messages per month.

3. Messaging Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

4. Opt out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, STOP ALL or ARRET to a message.

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages, except for a confirmation message.

Supported Keywords

Supported keywords include STOP, ARRET (opt out), HELP, AIDE (customer support), and INFO (program information).

Responses to ARRET and AIDE are provided in French, HELP responses are provided in English, and INFO responses are provided in both French and English. The INFO keyword provides a summary of the program, including the service description, message frequency, opt out instructions, and customer support information.

Keywords are recognized in both uppercase and lowercase.
